The terms and conditions of this agreement, which are applicable to all uses of the website and are listed below, are accepted and acknowledged by users. Before continuing to use any of the services, all users are required to carefully read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms and conditions. Only those people, groups, businesses, or organisations who are able to commit themselves to agreements under Indian law may use the services. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without any previous notice by Webvyapar. The changes take effect as soon as they are posted.

Definition Clause

User: User of Webvyapar are individuals or companies that have acknowledged the services offered by the website.

Un-authorized Member or User: Un-authorized members or user are those who do not choose to utilize the services. It is necessary for all users to register under the terms and conditions of the company Webvyapar.

Free Services: Free services are offered to any individual or firm that wants to register their business without relying on other website services.

Paid Services: While the most of services are free for users, certain tasks and services need payment. The website's terms and conditions must be accepted in order to use the paid services.

When an individual or a company agrees to use the website's services, the following statements should be adhered to:

6. Website Designing Services

To maintain an engaging and error-free interface between customers, website design is one of the services that must be updated and these services are included in the membership. There is no additional charge for the maintenance of these sites. Webvyapar have the sole right to maintain its technical operation. Technical errors that occur during the uploading or hosting of the website cannot be used as grounds for litigation.

7. Notification related to the Development of Website Design Services

Regarding the information/materials needed for the website development, users will get a call/email from Webvyapar. A final letter of reminder will be sent to users if users fail to receive calls or mail and don't send the required information or materials.
In the event that users fail to provide Webvyapar with the information or materials required for the development of the website, the agreement regarding website designing services will be immediately terminated. After that, there would be an additional charge for any reactivation of website design services.

8. Website Hosting

After the website is developed, users are given temporary links. Users can propose for any modification or changes within five days of receiving the link through email. If Webvyapar doesn’t receive any requested mail regarding the changes or modifications to the website, Webvyapar will consider it as the user’s approval and host the user’s website on the domain. If requested earlier in writing, the stated number of days is subject to change.
Payment and Refund

Webvyapar believes in complete transparency and maintaining a thoroughly accountable system. At our discretion, if Webvyapar believe that if a user is abusing the refund policy, Webvyapar reserve the right to ban the account and restrict all future use of our Services.

9. Right to Terminate

Webvyapar may terminate this Agreement and close the user Account for any reason or no reason at any time upon notice. Webvyapar may also suspend the Service if the user:
(a) have violated the terms of Webvyapar, Platform's policies, or this Agreement,
(b) pose an unacceptable credit or fraud risk, or
(c) provide any false, incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information or otherwise engage in fraudulent or illegal conduct.
If the agreement is terminated, the user will no longer be able to access the free or paid services offered by Webvyapar, and they will not be able to re-register using new User information unless Webvyapar gives their written consent. Additionally, in the event that the contract is terminated, no reimbursement of the membership fee or subscription price will be performed. Any direct or indirect loss resulting from the agreement's cancellation is not the fault of Webvyapar.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

The laws of the Republic of India shall govern any dispute arising from the use of this website, its products, and services; and the courts in New Delhi, alone shall have exclusive jurisdiction to deal with such matters.

11. Disputes

If a dispute of any kind arises, Webvyapar want to understand and address your concerns quickly and to your satisfaction. Please contact Customer Support with any dispute. If we cannot resolve your concerns, we agree to an informal dispute resolution process requiring individual arbitration. In the unlikely event that one or more provisions of the agreement are found to be unenforceable, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

12. Updating These Terms

From time to time, Webvyapar may update these Terms to clarify the practices or to reflect new or different practices (such as when Webvyapar add new features), and Webvyapar reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time.

Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective shall mean that you accept those changes. Any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.

13. Users Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, users signify their acceptance of these terms. If users do not agree to this policy, please do not use the website. Users to continue the use of the website following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed users acceptance of those changes.

14. After paid Services User go to sign in option and retrive the password  to their mail id once  new password created sign in the member folder and start accessing the available leads this is user self resposiblity to create their login nobody from 24 digital india have rights to share the manually passwords or login client member folders without clients written permission member have to manage their member folder like add or remove products etc. Once the user add the similar name and image to the product in which looking for the leads the same lead  started accessing.

15.  Our package is already designed if any extra pages or images then customer have to upgrade for their membership without upgrade we cannot add extra images or pages for add on things client have to pay the amount after discussion with sales team and  once client approve for their layout and once website live then also on add-on changes we will take extra amount.
